City of Orlando Parking Study – 15 Year Master Plan

The project consists of the research, evaluation and recommendations for the current and future conditions of the Downtown parking supply for the City. The current facilities provide parking for thousands of people that use Downtown on a daily basis. Duties include reviewing existing parking data, analyzing the City’s current parking demand with the existing availability of parking spaces, determining the impact on parking demand resulting from the City’s projected growth within the next fifteen years, evaluating alternatives for new parking supply, and reviewing parking system operations and provide recommendations.
