The typical projects assigned under this contract include new construction, renovation, remodeling, and other building maintenance, equipment installation, pre-engineered metal buildings, and fire code corrections. To date the projects completed or currently in design include the following: Aquatic Pathology Mechanical Platform, Building 175 Assessment, Sun Terrace Expansion Feasibility, Loading Dock Floor Crack Repair, Recreational Building Restroom Floor Replacement, Corry Village Stair Replacement, among others. Construction costs for the typical minor projects will not exceed $1 million.

BASE Consultants is a team member to provide all related structural services, which include studies and preparation of reports involving scope definition and validation of projects, analysis of design parameters, budget development, evaluation and documentation of existing conditions; design, bid/procurement and award, design/build and construction phase technical support. Currently, we have the following continuing service contracts:
