Project involved renovating an existing warehouse space to an office space. The scope of the project included retrofitting the existing mezzanine structure to mitigate vibration issues and increase load capacity. The mezzanine was also expanded to double the original foot print and includes new stairs and elevators. Foundation remediation was provided to accommodate the increased size of the mezzanine. The expansion was designed to LEED Gold standards.

Location: Various locations throughout Florida
The project involved creating new temporary entrances in existing Target stores. The new entrances allowed the stores to remain open while construction blocked the original store entrances. The projects were completed on a compressed schedule, and demolition sequencing was incorporated to insure safety and the structural integrity of the facility.
